Tasks include developing partnerships with Turkish political parties to gain access into the system, managing outreach programs for voters to encourage them to vote, developing curriculum, coordinating and teaching ballot safety to volunteers from 20+ countries to monitor the Turkish elections abroad; overseeing the software development and implementation ballot analysis and disseminating written reports.
