Located at the junction of Los Angeles and San Fernando Counties, the Claremont Graduate University Campus is the perfect location for an event series that addresses the concept of boundaries. Sixteen artists were invited to participate in INformation based on their interest in the concept of boundaries; whether their theme manifested itself aesthetically or focused around related concepts such as containment or invasion of private space.

The exhibition spread from the Installation Gallery, a proper and designated art space run by the Art Department, to the halways, walls, and back alleys across around the campus as well as a U-haul moving truck parked on the curb in front of the Art Department. Consequently, INformation occupied a hybrid area somewhere between institutional and alternative, designated and invented art space.
